Get Started
After the app launched, click "Login"
Click "Grade" under Administration.
Click "+" to add Grade
"Grade" - Enter your desire Grade Name. Example (1st Grade, Kindergarten,etc).
(Optional) - You can add Section to separate the Grade - Example (Preschool, Afterschool)
(Optional) - You can arrange the order the Grade by assigning a numberic number to it. The Grade will be sort by assedning order. example (1,2,3,4...10)
Click "Save" and click "Admin" navigate back to main page.
To create a Group - Click "Group" from admin main page
"Name" - Enter your desire Group Name. This is for you and your staff to sign in out all the students by Group. Example (Bus Driver 1, Elementry School 1, Tiger Room, Ms. Lee,,etc).
(Optional) - You can arrange the order the Group by assigning a numberic number to it. The Group will be sort by assedning order. example (1,2,3,4...10)
Click "Save" and click "Admin" navigate back to main page.
Great!
Now, you are ready to create your first student
click "Student Profiles"
First Name - Enter student first name
Last Name - Enter student last name
Birthdate - Enter student birhtdate 4 Digits (MMDD). This is also use for Parent sign in and out of their child.
Grade - Choose student grade
Group - Choose student group
Active - default to "Active", if you want to disable the student, change it to "Not Active". This is to remove the student name from Sign In / Out List.
Image - Optional. You can add student picture by Camera or Gallery
You are ready to use the app!
You should also assign Admin login pin by click "Admin Settings"
You can add Staff Pin under "Staff Settings"
